Interesting NYT op-ed regarding the change in expected dating behaviors for this new generation of H.S. aged teens. Props to Mr. Blow for raising the issue of consent and the connection of alcohol with hooking-up behavior (albeit briefly), though I also note that there is a larger discussion to be had here about such behavior being practiced at an even earlier age - among junior high students - as well as what we as a culture should be doing to more properly prepare young women and men for establishing safe, consensual relationships…
